How do I change my name on OPAIC's record?

We are happy to change your official name on your OPAIC record if you can give us appropriate evidence of your legal name change. Please email a certified true copy of any of the following evidence to AKLRegistry@op.ac.nz:

  • New and old passport
  • Marriage certificate
  • Name change certificate.
